These Terms govern your use of the Inkspan API and website (the "Service"), operated by Inkspan ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Inkspan provides an API to generate, transform, and extract data from documents (e.g. PDFs). Features and limits may change over time.
You are responsible for keeping your API key secret and for all activity under it. Notify us at support@inkspan.dev if you believe your key is compromised.
You may not use the Service to process unlawful content, infringe others' rights, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or exceed the rate/volume limits of your plan. You must have the necessary rights to any documents you submit.
Generated documents and extracted data are provided on a best-effort basis. Extraction confidence scores are estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, financial, or compliance purposes.
You retain all rights to documents and data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service. We process documents transiently to fulfill your request and do not retain document contents after processing. See our Privacy Policy.
The Service offers a free tier and usage-based paid plans billed through Stripe. Paid plans renew until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inkspan will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
